As you know, we are working on expanding our worksheets section. Today, we've added some more flashcards to our reading section. We've created and added 37 sets of vowel and consonant blend words flashcards for parents to use with their budding readers.
Phonics teaches children who are learning to read the relationship between phonemes (sounds of oral language) and graphemes (letters that represent sounds in print). Mastering phonics will help readers decode unfamiliar words and automatically recognize familiar words.
